Terms of use

Last updated 29 September 2026

The short version

  • Wiggy uses an AI account you connect. That provider's terms and charges apply to you, not to us.
  • AI can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it.
  • What you make is yours. When you share it in the gallery, you let us and other people show and use it.
  • Follow the gallery rules, and don't use Wiggy to harm anyone.

1. These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and IAM, 2615 Nambusunhwan-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea ("Wiggy", "we", "us"). They cover the Wiggy app, its gallery and wiggy.io. By using any of them, you agree to these terms and to the gallery rules. Our privacy policy explains what happens to your data. Google Play's terms also apply to downloading Wiggy and paying for the unlock.

2. Who can use Wiggy

You must be at least 13 (14 in Korea), or older if your country's law requires it. To share widgets in the gallery, you must be 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission. If you use Wiggy for an organisation, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.

3. What Wiggy does

Wiggy designs home-screen widgets from what you describe, reads the data they show from sources you connect, and keeps them up to date on your phone. Wiggy is still new. Features may change, and widgets can stop updating when a source, a provider or Android changes.

4. Your AI provider

Wiggy doesn't come with an AI model. You connect your own: a subscription sign-in, such as ChatGPT, or an API key from a provider such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI or DeepSeek.

  • Your agreement with that provider is between you and them. You're responsible for following its terms and usage policies, including any rules about using your subscription or key in other apps.
  • Any charges, limits or usage caps from your provider are yours. Building and updating widgets uses your provider's quota, and so does the optional AI summary. We don't control and can't refund these costs.
  • A provider may change its models, prices or access, or stop working with Wiggy. We'll try to keep up, but we can't promise that any provider or model stays available.

5. Sources you connect

Connect only accounts and services you're allowed to use, and follow their terms. Wiggy only reads from them. You're responsible for what you connect, and for the data your widgets show on your home screen, which anyone who sees your phone can see.

6. What the AI makes

Widgets, text, summaries and designs made by AI can be inaccurate, out of date or unexpected, even when the source data is right. Don't rely on a widget for anything where a mistake could cause harm, such as medical, financial, legal or safety decisions, without checking the source. Unless the law says otherwise, what the AI makes for you is yours to use, but others may get similar results, and we don't promise that it's unique or free of other people's rights.

If Wiggy makes something offensive or harmful, please tell us at support@wiggy.io so we can improve it.

7. Your content

You keep all rights to what you put into Wiggy and what it makes for you: your descriptions, pictures, notes and widgets. We don't get any rights to content that stays on your phone. We never receive it.

8. The gallery

When you share a widget, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, review, display and distribute it in the gallery, on wiggy.io and in the app. That includes previews, and showing it in search results and links. You also let other people use, change and keep a copy of it for their own widgets. The licence ends when you remove the widget or delete your account. Copies people already use can stay on their phones.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you share, and that sharing it doesn't break the gallery rules or anyone's rights. We review shared widgets and may decline, hide or remove any of them, or suspend a maker account, for example after reports or a rights owner's request. Fan-made widgets must be labelled as fan-made, and may be removed if the rights owner asks.

Your maker name is public. Choose one that doesn't impersonate anyone or break the rules.

9. Copyright

If you think a shared widget uses your work without permission, send a claim through the copyright claim form. We review claims, remove widgets when that's appropriate, and may close the accounts of makers who repeatedly infringe.

10. Acceptable use

Don't use Wiggy to:

  • break the law, or anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property
  • make or share content that's hateful, harassing, threatening or sexual content involving minors, or that shares other people's personal details
  • read accounts or data you're not allowed to access
  • attack, overload or get around the limits of Wiggy's servers, a source or a provider
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer Wiggy's servers or the gallery, except where the law allows it

11. The unlock

Making and editing widgets doesn't need a purchase. Placing more than one widget on your home screen needs the unlock, a one-time purchase through Google Play. The unlock is tied to the Google account you bought it with, and you can restore it on a new install. It doesn't include an AI model or AI usage. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits refund or consumer rights your country's law gives you.

12. Our software

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Wiggy app on devices you own or control, under these terms. Wiggy's name, logo and design belong to us. Some parts of Wiggy are open-source software under their own licences, and those licences apply to those parts.

13. Changes, and ending

We may change or stop parts of Wiggy. If we stop the whole service, we'll give reasonable notice where we can. You can stop using Wiggy at any time: uninstall it, and delete your maker account if you have one. We may suspend or end your gallery access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections 7–10 and 14–15 continue after that.

14. Disclaimers and liability

Wiggy is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or that AI output, source data or widget updates will be accurate or on time.

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits, or for costs charged by your AI provider or sources. Our total liability for any claim about Wiggy is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 50 (or the same amount in Korean won). None of this limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the Seoul Central District Court. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first. Most problems can be sorted out quickly.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for changes that matter, we'll tell you in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using Wiggy after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, stop using Wiggy and delete your maker account.
